Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was typical hotel buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. Sofa bed mattress was crappy, you can feel all of the metal springs. Pillows were soft and lumpy. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything in the room next door

The beds and pillows are so comfortable and plush like a very high-end hotel. The staff were all friendly and the breakfast was a great selection, I will be returning next time im back in London.
