The property need a little upgrade. The breakfast is very bad but lunches and dinners are good. The bathrooms are very clean but they can add paper towel for seats. The staff are friendly but all dinners has to be booked in advanced and hard to switch as no space available or you have to eat late around 9:30. The shows are just ok. The Mexican festival on Monday is good for kids not for adult. They have a nice beach where with a wide spread. We were in July and had very little seaweed. The bar variety is excellent. Will definitely go again. I booked a room with ocean view but the room they gave us had a huge tree in front you cannot see the beach. I didn’t care as we never stayed in the room

Only part we don’t appreciate is the insistence and time sharing. USA visitors do not want to go through a one or three hour presentation because we just going to say “No!”. We’ve been there done that, it very annoying but other than that the place is amazing. I literally have to tell the front desk we didn’t come here for a timeshare purchase, I came to relax and not be stressed by salespeople.
