Hotel itself was clean . Bedsheet was dirty . Kettle a drinks facilities in room , plug did not reach electrical socket . Had to move tray and. Kettle and sit on top of the bin to use it . Staff were polite but did not give me much information at check in . Had to ask where lift was, as told me took
Number but not how to get there which direction as was two doorways . No info in room
Re in case of fire instructions, meeting point or nearest stair case or evacuation route ,no info re .tv channels . Facilities at the hotel . For. Whilst the hotel itself was nice it lacked a hut of personal touches and staff not very forthcoming. Breakfast was good but room was way too hot as did not seem to have any ventilation or air conditioning.

Received a complimentary breakfast as we had waited 10 mins for a cup of tea at the bar. Hotel was very busy as Garth Brooks was on at Hyde Park. The breakfast was very nice. The room (20)was huge with a large bed. Great air con. Location great for Hyde park and plenty of little eating places near by. Close to 2 underground’s. We paid a lot for 1 night £260 but assumed it was because so many concerts this weekend. Take That and Harry Styles. Would stay again

It was a lovely clean hotel with excellent hotel staff. The reception team were brilliant and super helpful. Room was a lovely size and very comfortable and breakfast was amazing. The breakfast staff were extremely helpful and the omelette was a very nice way to start the day. I will definitely be back
