We stayed in one of the motel rooms on the lower floor and had a very good experience overall. The property and surrounding area were very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The staff were especially helpful and friendly, which made our stay even better.
The location is excellent and very convenient for visiting the Grand Canyon. It worked really well for us and made it easy to get where we needed to go without a long drive.
The only downside to being on the lower floor was the noise from the room above. Since a lot of people staying here are getting an early start for the Grand Canyon, you can definitely hear footsteps and movement upstairs when everyone starts waking up in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend requesting an upper-floor room if one is available.
Other than that, we were very happy with our stay. The motel was nicer and better maintained than we expected, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location was hard to beat. I would definitely stay here again, but next time I would choose an upper-floor room.
