Neat, comfortable hotel, excellent location within 15 min drive to the Grand Canyon. Excellent breakfast and dining (not included in the rate) within 3 min walking distance.

I’m giving this hotel the highest rating because, ultimately, if you’re staying here, there’s one thing that really matters: the Grand Canyon. The location is excellent, only about a 15-minute drive from the park entrance. This made a huge difference for us, as we were able to enjoy both sunrise and sunset at the Grand Canyon without the stress of having to wake up ridiculously early or drive a long way back at night. The hotel also offers plenty of amenities, including Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a swimming pool, although we didn’t personally use the pool. It’s also very conveniently located near many of the main restaurants in Tusayan, and there’s a McDonald’s right across the street that, if I’m not mistaken, was open 24 hours. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping came every day to clean and tidy it up. Overall, it was an extremely convenient and comfortable base for visiting the Grand Canyon, and the location alone made our stay absolutely worth it.

I would introduce breakfast options and renovate the AC system.
