The location is just fantastic - easy to get to from the tube and a great place to base yourself to explore London
The check in process is different as you get emailed a code, however the communication is great.
I needed to store luggage on arrival and the staff were fantastic in assisting me
Lots of good food options in walking distance - nice area

It's a very strange hotel, but I absolutely loved it. It's fully automated, so there are no staff at all that I saw in the building. You have to download an app to:
- access the front door
- control the lifts
- open your room door
- control the blinds
- control the lighting in the room
It's very futuristic, but it's really cool. Overall, I'll definitely be coming back when I next need to stay there for work.
