My room was not fully ready upon arrival. The staff was very helfpul in helping me fix a couple of issues and offering some compensation. Facility is impeccable clean. Hotel is well located.
Price vs value is rather high, but this is Switzerland, after all.
There is no AC except in the superior rooms.

We really liked the hotel, the location and our room. Samuel and Melin were the very best! So helpful to us! Samuel knows so much about all of Switzerland, not just Lausanne! Thank you!!!!
