Great location and nice apartments. A bit disappointed that we booked 2 apts under one reservation, but were assigned one apartment on the ground floor and one on the top floor. But we all managed fine and enjoyed our stay in the comfortable accommodations.

Elisabetta was a congenial host and helpful when we had questions. The property was fine, though the king bed was a little too large for the space, and the linens and pillows not of best quality. The property was in a great location, which made up for any shortcomings.

Good location, room amenities are great despite the exhausting fan is strong enough.

This is a great hotel for a self reliant traveler who can handle self service operations. Very nice accommodation for a multiple day stay in Lausanne. The free local transport pass was a great add to our stay
