The staff was very helpful in changing our room from an accessible one to one that wasn’t. They also accommodated a request to place us on a different floor than the big group of kids that was staying there. Our room was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable, water free, and the view was outstanding.

The room was updated and comfortable. I love that the hotel is near the river and a short walk to great restaurants, shopping and the park.
