AC in our 1st room did not work, so moved to another room. Rooms are small. Convenient to Euston and St. Pancras stations. Staff was courteous and polite.

Room was small for 2 people but comfy and hotel location near St Pancras was very good. We could get into our room before 3pm checkin. Hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was good. The Memoir Club is a nice place to stay. Staff were very helpful.
