Alex saves the day! We had transfer arranged prior to arrival with another operator, but it was cancelled a day before. Alex managed to help us secure a transfer despite short notice. He also kindly helped kept our luggage when we head to Machu Picchu. The accommodation itself is charming, and the breakfast spread was pretty good.

Our room was a good size with two beds. Breakfast was simple but very good. Lovely hotel personnel. Whatever request we had was fulfilled.
