Dear De Uptown Hotel Team,
I recently had the pleasure of staying at De Uptown Hotel 1Utama, and I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent experience. Choosing your hotel for my individual travel was an outstanding decision.
The Songkran Malaysia event hosted at your hotel was absolutely incredible and truly memorable. I am grateful for the opportunity to enjoy such a unique and vibrant celebration exclusively at De Uptown Hotel. The staff there very friendly.
Thank you very much for everything. I look forward to staying with you again in the future.
With Kind Regards,

Arrived a day late. However, hotel staff had the foresight to move my checkin and checkout by a day. Friendly front counter staff.
Room was compact but functional and clean.
