The bedding was exceptionally comfortable. Location was convenient with lots of food options within walking distance. Parking in the evenings is also easy and you can leave your car parked the next day provided you pay for council parking via any parking app.
There is a laundromat downstairs that runs 24 hours and is recommended. It's brightly lit which helps hotel guests with feeling secure.
The staff are good but they don't go above and beyond unless asked. Once asked, they are happy to oblige.
Some rooms have smart locks that are faulty so you end up using the override key instead which defeats the purpose of the smart lock.
There is no housekeeping during your stay but you can always request for housekeeping if required. Suits us as we prefer no housekeeping.

Cheap & valuable
The sheet a bit dirty, toiletries only have body wash, no shampoo..

The room 205 that they assigned to me was okay for a one-night stay.
The hygiene! The bed, blanket, and towels had a musty smell which made the stay less comfortable. I hope the management can pay more attention to cleanliness and ensure that the linens and towels are properly washes and fresh-smelling for future guests.
