Loved this hotel rich with history and well maintained. Staff helpful with check in, however, when asked about any directions to atttactions, restaurants or anything they just said “I don’t know”.

Room was clean. Rooms can be noisy at night, especially when garbage truck picks up in the middle of Sunday night. Great location. Fino restaurant is authentic Italian.

We love vintage buildings like the Andrew Hotel and its location near Nob Hill and Union Square was excellent! Quiet room with tall ceilings, older but clean bath with fluffy towels. Decent continental breakfast.
