The staff are great and very frendly people, very helpful. Breakfast at the David restaurant was also top notch. Parking I belive is better not to rent a car since private parking lots are very expensive in SF.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Every staff member I talked to was so kind, friendly, and helpful if I needed help.
There was an asian woman that works in the morning and I just wanted to give her a huge shoutout-- honestly some of the best customer service I've ever received in my travels!
Room was clean and I felt safe. I love how the door to the entrance locks. Everything was great about this stay!
