Super helpful staff and a great room to stay in

I loved all the front desk people. I loved the breakfasts; comfortable blankets, right sized pillows, small table and round arm chair.
The Wifi was very weak; my bathroom had no heater; the door of the shower room could not close tightly.

Lovely hotel in perfect location. Short walk into Reykjavik. We were pleased to be away from centre and to avoid potential noise late at night. Hotel staff were courteous and able to book our return journey to KEF airport. If we returned to Reykjavik we would certainly return to this hotel. Rooms were warm, we had room at rear of hotel overlooking garden area, away from traffic.
