The staff here were fantastic. They helped us get taxis and even packed lunches for us when we went away on day trips. Our room was great- it had a balcony overlooking Qoricancha, a huge bathroom, a little living room and a fridge. Breakfast and coffee were prepared for us daily in the cafe next door as part of the hotel stay.

Loved the staff. The room was spacious and the bed quite comfortable. Slightly odd design in the bathroom as the toilet lid couldn't open all the way. Very quiet as well. And definitely try the pastries at the shop out front. Delish!
