I would stay here again for a few reasons; 1) the breakfast is well done, saves time and expense, 2) indoor heated pool was super clean, 3) 24 hr lobby coffee, and 4) the staff is so kind (and under staffed - one person is doing the job of three) at all times with a smile. Yes, the entire place needs to be refurbished. The hot tub looked gross and was broken. There really isn’t access to the beach because the trail is so overgrown, my skinny small child couldn’t squeeze through. The drive to the beach is short, however. The rooms are clean. I liked having a mini fridge and microwave. The overall value is high.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was well prepared with a good variety of ites. The staff were friendly and helpful. The proximity to the beach and amenities was excellent. Overall a very nice experience.

The hotel is in a good location close to the beach and downtown. Checkin and checkout were a breeze with the very efficient staff. There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower and lotion at the vanity.
The only complaint is the bed. You could tell the mattress was getting a little tired (sagging) and the sheet kept coming off the corner during the night. Very annoying. I suspect the sheet was put on incorrectly; long edge vs short edge. It is hard to get it right on a king mattress but crucial for a comfortable experience.
