Kind staff, beautiful grounds, and good meals. We enjoyed be so close to xcaret park. Saw lots of wildlife from our balcony in building 18.

This resort exceeded our expectations. It's like a jungle, filled with monkeys, iguanas, a variety of birds, deer, and other wildlife flying, walking, and running throughout the resort. The parrots in the lobby are a great added touch!
The unlimited all-inclusive food and drinks were amazing. We highly recommend having breakfast or lunch by the beach. It's so breezy, and the views are wonderful.
The pools are fantastic, especially the one by the beach. The resort is spotless and staffed by mostly friendly employees. The gondola ride to Xcaret Park was lovely.
We will definitely come back and stay at this resort again.
