Great rooms, great staff, Matterhorn views at breakfast (which was good too!), well located close to the train station and a 20min walk to the Matterhorn Express ski lift! The hot tub and pool were pretty basic, but that would be the only down side. I’d consider staying at this hotel again.

Location is a few min walk from the train station. Staffs were very helpful. Rooms were nice and gave an upgrade. The only suggestion is have a curtain or barrier between the bathroom area especially for rooms with 2 beds where guests may not be a couple. Breakfast was excellent. Staffs also gave a ride to the train station to offload luggage.
