The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! Spencer was extemely accommodating,and made our first visit to Provincetown a pleasant experience. We highly recommend this Inn to stay when visiting Provincetown!!!

Spencer, the owner of the Inn was personable and helpful.
The Inn was very conveniently located to town (a very short walk). The room was basic but comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

This is probably the cleanest room I have ever stayed in while traveling. Spencer was an amazing host.!!! We look forward to coming back to stay again soon!

The Inn at Cook Street is a quiet retreat, in a beautiful section of town, overseen by its welcoming and caring owner, Spencer. We have come three years in a row and expect to be back next year.
