The location was great. I loved having parking so it wasn't a worry during the stay. The staff was really friendly and gave recommendations of places to check out.

during the stay. another patron walked into your cottage. apparently they thought they were in cottage two instead of room two. and the keys were the same.

Breakfast was great. Staff was attentive to keeping everything fully stocked and providing fresh coffee. Selection was easily as good or better than many continental breakfasts served at other guest houses I'd visited.

Our room was clean, the areas open to the renters was clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The cost was average.

What a beautiful bed-and-breakfast! There are very few places in Provincetown who charge a reasonable rate and offer such lovely accommodations. We will absolutely be back!

This home is super close to everything you want to see in Provincetown. Literally just a few minutes walk to great Restaurants, Historic sites, the wharf and public transportation. The home is clean. Hosts are super nice. Bed was so comfortable! Nice array of breakfast every morning. Beverages and fruit available all day. I can’t recommend this home enough. We had a private bathroom in our room. Some rooms share a bathroom. The house is beautiful and the grounds just lovely to walk around.

There is nothing to not like about this comfortable and inviting Bed and Breakfast.

Good location one block off of Commercial Street. Don was a fantastic host. The rooms and facilities were clean and very well kept. The onsite free parking is a major plus in Ptown!!

Just what I needed for a quick getaway this year! The location couldn't be beat, and it was great to have parking included. The room was a good size, and the bathroom was small but functional. I originally thought that the bed would be uncomfortable but I had a great sleep both nights (I think I am just used to a more firm mattress). I had limited f2f interaction with Don due to the Covid situation, but he was very helpful with info and recommendations via text.

One tiny improvement would be to add a hook in the bathroom closer to the sink to hang a hand towel. But in the end, not really a big deal.
