Lovely location, views were beautiful. The free breakfast was really good.
Rooms were clean but quite small.

Fantastic view, well maintained boutique hotel, absolutely friendly staff.
Breakfast buffet can be better with improvement of options. 40 minutes of steep steps to climb to/from city center and ferry, but uber/taxi (€25 approx) can save the sweat.
Overall, this hotel fits our need to relax and to soak in the stunning views of Lake Como.
