Tall Oaks Resort

This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one staying at the property at the time and it was a little quiet and unsettling for some reason, but clean and beautifully appointed. My only complaint is that the common area was an icebox while the room itself had no thermostat and it felt like the temperature was set at 74° and made it very difficult to sleep.

Staff was AWESOME, super Helpful and Friendly!♥️♥️♥️ The only thing I should have asked if the room was on the main floor, it was not. You have to climb up about 15-20 steps, no elevator. Carrying luggage upstairs is not my favorite. It was such a beautiful place.

The property is in a quiet location and a beautiful setting. All rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. Internet TV was very spotty. It was easy to hear other people outside the rooms. This would be a great property for a few friends or families to stay in one place and have common areas to be together. There is no complimentary breakfast.

Great property- we only stayed one night but would be ideal for a family reunion. Large game room and gathering area off of the bedrooms. Very clean, fun and spacious.
