It sometimes cost less to stay here but price changes on demand. Shared bathrooms are 95% always clean. Rooms could be cleaner but for the price it is good. Great location to China town. The lobby has elderly residents so be kind. I will pay $75 max not $90. No AC, heat they control. Yes microwave and mini fridge. Some rooms are larger for same price.

Staff were speedy, helpful, and kind. Room was clean although the amenities were pretty outdated. Plenty of food and shops around the area. Overall a great place to stay, especially for the price!
