My friends suitcase broke on our last day and the staff was so accommodating. They offered to help us find a new one and helped of disposed of the broken one. They were so kind and patient, despite us not speaking their main language. The shuttle service was so convenient as well. This staff is the only reason we made it home with all our belongings.

Clean room. A block away from the tower. Nice restaurants in the hotel. Not far from subway stations.

Property is well located. Hotel is showing its age, but is well maintained.

Room and bathroom was very clean. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Location was decent. Next to Tokyo Tower, which has plenty of restaurants. Lawson’s is attached below the lobby. Very convenient.
