Hotel located close to red line cable car, cemetery and bus terminal. Friendly staff.

La Paz is quite ugly in general. In the middle of the dirt and chaos, Hotel La Joya stuck out as what appeared to be the nicest place one could find in the area. The breakfast area is nice with good views of the city while the staff and owners were pleasant, helpful, and spoke great English.
