We stayed for one night and it was great! The kids loved the pool and the hot tub was nice. (One of the reasons we chose this hotel vs another was the pool). The only red flag was the reservation line.. I don’t think they are associated with the hotel but when I called to confirm my reservation I called the reservation line and the lady told me the pool was going to be closed and offered me a different hotel.. I then found the number to the hotel directly who stated the pool was in fact not closed.. I found it odd. She then said some other things which were concerning and I think she wanted me to book else where for an incentive to her, which I did not fall for her trap.
Would stay at this hotel again but do not go through the reservation line! Book online by yourself and then call the hotel directly for questions/conformation! There’s also a Tim Hortons, grocery store and BPs within walking distance which was so nice!
