Wifi on the 3rd floor was really unstable. 1st floor was really good. People there were really nice and the Christmas decorations are really good. Overall good experience.

Great location, just a 5-minute walk from Plaza de Armas, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel has lots of historic charm but has been nicely renovated. Rooms are comfortable, with decent soundproofing and plenty of hot water. There’s no elevator for the three floors, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay in Cusco!
