Rooms were clean, staff were super helpful, but the rooms are VERY small. We had 3 people, with our son, in our room which means we needed the sofa bed. There was barely walking around room. For the cost I was surprised how small it was, but would stay there again. The staff had no problem holding our luggage for us after we checked out so we could get a chance to visit the castle. ( tickets were all sold out for the day, so we had to wait into the next afternoon)

Great location, reasonable price, lovely staff and great breakfast. I would stay here again.

We loved the location of the property. It was close to everything.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and good. Hot items, varieties of coffees and teas, cereals. Only wish there had been 2 separate beds instead of a bed and pull out couch. 2 block walk to Royal Mile. Convenient location
