Friendlyness.
A bit hard to find!

The location is exceptionally good - within close walking distance to Waverley Station and Princes Street, and of course, just off the Royal Mile.
The rooms were comfortable, and while not extravagantly spacious, they were more than adequate.
The breakfast was great value for money and the all day free tea and coffee was much appreciated by this traveller.
I stayed here over two separate occasions and two different room categories, and both were neat, clean and great value for money.
When I arrived, on quite a warm day, the ice machine was broken and one of the two lifts did not go to the ground floor. Minor annoyances, and I'm sure they were soon fixed.

Very modern
Was a litttle bit too hot in the room

The location was good
The fact that our bed was right up against the wall and I have a partner that is disabled do it proved difficult

"Posizione ottimale a 3 min dalla Royal Mile, personale gentile, colazione non molto varia ma buona, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check-in e dopo il checkout facilmente."
