Fantastic customer service from the minute we arrived until check out. Friendly staff, clean room and special touches with my son’s stuffies when they made up the room. Kids liked the pool and waterside. Large variety for breakfast, food was fresh. Will 100% stay again on our next trip to Courtenay.
