Very pleasant & helpful staff. Near by large supermall.
20% discount for top floor Dinner. However, prefered to have more fresh food menu options. Night scenery from the top floor was breath taking.
Preferred to have a balcony room, but our room was over looking the pool.
Painting & new carpets would make the hotel building marvelous...

Given its 5-star rating, the hotel feels more like a lower 3-star establishment, with inadequate facilities and subpar aesthetics. The overall impression is that it's quite cheap. Furthermore, the room smelled unpleasant.I even complained twice, but nothing changed.I'm forced to continue sleeping in this unbearable situation. The water for the shower is just lukewarm, not even standard warm, so I can't enjoy a hot shower.The Staff is very friendly and helpful.
