Everything was absolutely perfect. It is five star all the way. Service impeccable. Guest relations manager Giovanna was superb as was the entire staff. I don't think that my husband and I have ever been to any hotel anywhere in the world that is run so perfectly as this gem in the Swiss Alps ! We hope to be back again !

Beautiful setting with a Michelin star restaurant…Exactly what we needed for a few days…The Doggies loved it as well..
Thank you to all the staff who made us so welcome.
