Location was perfect. Love the balcony views in the good sized rooms.
Hotel felt slightly dated but in a quaint way. Tea and coffee in the room would also have been nice. We had to ask for a kettle as we had an early check out.
Some signage near the hotel would also be good also just to know your going the right way on arrival. The only route to the hotel by vehicle is down the pedestrian high street onto the hotels private road up the hill. So it kind of feels like the Sat Nav is maybe taking you the wrong way. On arrival. Other than this hotel was fine.

I love the proximity to the ice rink and town center! Walking down the snowy road in my boots was easy, walking up all the stairs to the gondola was some work, and it was quite magical. If you walk a mile south you’re in High Society with art galleries, caviar, and high end shops - stunning sights and fancy cars!
The rooms are very plain with a strange yellow color curtain and yellow bars around the patio. And there is no art, just very plain walls, however for the price and location, it’s easy to accept.

The whole hotel was spotless.The bedroom/bathroom was extremely spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast had a great selection especially local cheese and bread. The staff and chef were friendly and efficient.
It was lovely having bathrobes and slippers in the room.
Large balcony with exceptional views.
The location was perfect and we would definitely stay again.
Would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.
Broken unusable hair dryer in the bathroom.
The decor was a bit dated and overall the hotel needs a little TLC but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
