The staff was amazing! They worked with us through a 24+ hour airline delay and multiple obstacles to us arriving. Alessia and the rest of the staff are the absolute best. No question.

What a fabulous place to stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was incredibly nice. The Residenza is centrally located in the Trastevere neighborhood within walking distances to attractions and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will stay here next time we visit Rome

Wonderful accommodations, a quiet oasis in the heart of the action in Trastavere. Comfortable, clean and tidy, with a small number of rooms, the stay felt like having my own place in the city. I would recommend and return on a future trip.
