Posizione ottima, proprietaria di casa molto molto disponibile e gentile, casa offriva tutti i servizi.

Sarebbe servito un climatizzatore in camera da letto.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per un Addio al Nubilato. Posizione perfetta per chi desidera stare nel cuore di Trastevere. Letto e divano letto veramente comodi e la struttura dispone di tutto il necessario.

Trovandosi a Trastevere e in un palazzo tipico della zona, non c’è l’ascensore, che non lo reputo un fattore negativo, ma sicuramente è utile saperlo per chi dovesse averne necessità.

The location of the apartment is excellent and the terrace is truly wonderful — a real highlight of the stay. The flat itself is very nice and bright, although it does differ slightly from the photos, so expectations should be set accordingly. Communication with the host was excellent — very responsive, helpful and quick to react whenever something came up. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location, with some small areas that could be improved.

A few practical improvements would make the experience even better. The kitchen could be better equipped with basic essentials such as salt, pepper, coffee and tea, and there were quite limited cooking utensils and tableware. The heating system was also a little unpredictable, sometimes becoming very warm and at other times switching off on its own, and on the last day there was some dripping from one of the radiators in the hallway.

The location. The service was also very friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. The video demonstrating how to access the building was very helpful.

We were travelling with a crawling baby and unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone with small children. Within less than an hour of arriving, our baby's hands and knees were practically black from crawling on the tiles, which evidently weren’t cleaned thoroughly. Not ideal, and sadly not uncommon for other places we stayed in Italy. After rinsing some of her wash cloths in tap water, they took on a very strong mouldy smell which we could only assume was due to the quality of the water, making me pretty paranoid about things like brushing her teeth and washing her utensils with the water. The bedroom only had fans which weren’t overly effective in the heat. The shower head was faulty. There was a hazardous electrical socket. The whole apartment is more run down than the photos portray. It was a shame because I wanted to like it.
