Roof top seating not nice

The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. But, there was no ice bucket or refrigerator or cups. The air conditioner was very loud. The clothing storage area and the carpet showed signs of age. Unfortunately the bar was being used for storage and there was no area to purchase snacks. The lobby was very small. I did like that there was free water available. And the hotel was in walking distance of many places that I visited in SoHo. Also, the beds were very comfortable.

The room was great, bed comfortable, bathroom large and the staff went above and beyond. I was able to park my car out front while we checked in, they stored our luggage at check-in and check-out, provided complimentary water bottles, a lovely break area, and recommended the Soho diner for brunch which was delicious and just a short walk from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!
