Great location, a block away from Gare de Lyon and many nice restaurants close by. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to help. Only minus was the elevator didn’t go all the way to the lobby level so I’m not sure what accommodation they have for guests who cannot climb a few stairs.

Booked the exact room, paid the same price as my friend and my room was much SMALLER. Questioned this and was told they were equal. They definitely were NOT. No attempt to rectify. Just received "I'm sorry".
