Great location (a few minutes walking distance from train station… 5 minute walk) and staff was super nice and helpful.
We were supposed to get an upgrade according to Expedia but it was never offered or given a reason for not getting the upgrade: no big deal but thought I would mention it.
Breakfast was GREAT with lots of choice… helpful if you are travelling with kids.
Only negative was the A/C.. way too hot in the room at night. Couldn’t put it lower than 19. I asked about it and they told me the whole place is set to have that as lowest temp. If 19 is still too warm for you.. maybe you want to think about whether to go here or not in summer months. To be fair, most other hotels are the same.

Ricardo and Laura were absolutely amazing. They were extremely helpful along with all the staff of the hotel.
The breakfast each day was fresh and plentiful. The hotel was clean and great walking location to everywhere.
If we visit Florenza again, we will definitely stay at Dedo Boutique Hotel! We will also recommend to anyone who plans to visit.
Grazi!

Our experience at the hotel was amazing. Everything was great!
The hotel is located 15 minutes walking from the museums and Ponte Vecchio.
The staff was very friendly. Room has a stunning view and was cleaned every day. And breakfast was more than expected with gluten free options and lots of variety.
If I had to recommend a hotel to stay in Florence for sure it’ll be this one !
