I absolutely loved this place. The folks here are super nice & it's all the little things that made my stay really nice. Upgraded my room, let me checkout a little late, fantastic breakfast, etc. Place is nothing like your high-end hotels but that's what I really loved about it. It's old school but very clean & comfortable. I've been to so many hotels/motels on the Cape & this is my favorite. I'll never go anyplace else.

This was a last-minute stay when the last ferries to the islands were cancelled. Staff was courteous, helpful and understanding. Room was large, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the loan if a phone charger.
Also, note the very convenient location

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Friendly staff, quiet clean rooms, located walking distance to downtown restaurants and the beach. Breakfast buffet was hearty and served nicely. Great for a relaxing family vacation.
