Convenient, easy check in. Staff very responsive and helpful when there was an issue with the room. The AC unit in the room was unable to handle the humidity and filled up with water and began dripping. Unfortunately it began dripping directly onto a wall mounted bedside light.
We found this out after returning to the room and flipping the switch for that lamp, which caused an arc, tripping the room's breaker and all the power went out! We tried to call staff from the phone in the lobby but it didn't connect. We were able to reach the staff via the provided number in our emails from a cell phone though.
Once notified, staff was onsite very quickly, and reset the breaker. Due to the dripping AC which had also splashed onto the bed, they upgraded us to a larger room anyway without additional charge.

Very close to train station, clean and comfortable hotel with easy self service check in which was very welcome since I was a late arrival.
Good quality bedding and air conditioning.
Room could have done with a bottle of water.
