Staff was friendly. Hotel - clean and nice atmosphere. Breakfast - OK. Had issues with key access to room but maintenance came to room and immediately fixed the issue. Comfortable room but obviously geared to business guests with nice workstation. (we are retired) Nice feature was room curtain between bed and work area. Would recommend this hotel to young professionals and/or families.

'The breakfast covered a lot of choices. The food was hot that was cooked and everything was fresh! Liked the bagel eggs!

The microwave in our room didn't work and there was no effort to fix it or change our room by the staff

Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast had several hot and cold options. My kids sued the pool and fitness center and liked it. We stayed 3 nights and visited Kings Island each day which was about 15 minutes away. Great hotel I would stay again
