Bed was uncomfortable. Water pressure for the shower was weak.
The room itself was great, and the free breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Beautiful property very close to towne, which is lovely, wonderful breakfast, helpful staff! Only issue was no dinner available at restaurant. Other than that it was awesome! We loved this stop on our travels throughout europe

Rooms were comfortable. Good beds and duvets. Wonderful view! Staff were very approachable and pleasant. The breakfasts were good apart from the last day when no hot breakfasts available. We enjoyed a very nice evening meal but were disappointed there was no hot drinks available afterwards. Not easy to park for larger vehicles.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, just lovely, nothing was a bother. Excellent full English and plenty of great choices for breakfast. Great position, hop, skip and jump into Keswick centre, we loved it.
