Whenever we visit Reno we stay at the Aden and we love it’s in a good location and is pet friendly. The pool area is clean and the staff professional and helpful.

The staff was friendly and efficient and the hotel was clean inside and out.
However, there were not enough places to charge my devices. There were no available outlets by the bed, only 2 USB-A ports in the alarm clock, but all of my devices take USB-C chargers, so it was inconvenient.
The water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired as well.
Overall, this is a good hotel for the price.
