Staff were nice. We had a pleasant stay. Clean room and comfortable beds. Close to markets and food nearby.

Check in was simple at the front desk. But after, that the desk was not manned. Come to find out Lacasa Villas is obviously owned by the same folks that own the resort next door. Breakfast was resort quality across the street. That front desk was manned, so I went over there when I needed anything. And they took great care of me.
The location was quiet, but a busy area was just a block away. The river with the lanterns was about 8 minutes away. Ancient City shopping started about 10 minutes from the hotel.
Keep in mind there is no elevator. But I got help with my luggage both checking in and out.
My room was small - perfect for a senior female solo traveler.
