We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and rooms, the maintenance of the landscaping and the ideal location to reach all the town attractions

Cute property right by the footpath to the beach, so you’re not far from anything. Easy walk to the main beach, Perkins Cove, Marginal Way, and all the restaurants and shopping. Our room had a queen and a twin bed and kitchen area and was in the main house area but there are other buildings as well. Assigned parking spot. Very nice continental breakfast and you have ocean views while you eat. Slightly more moderately priced than a few of the larger resorts a little further down. I’ve stayed multiple times and am always glad I did.

Excellent location! Proximity to the beach footpath and restaurants cant be beat. The breakfast and views were great. Staff was extremely helpful.
