We were very happy and satisfied with our stay. Would come again.

This is a great location on the Fall River but close enough to downtown Estes Park you can easily walk to great restaurants and entertainment/shops. That's what makes this a cool spot in my opinion. The actual rooms were dated but clean and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

Everything was great except bathrooms were small
The breakfast was lacking, not a hot breakfast.
2 block walk to downtown was excellent and very convenient.
Would stay again if in the area

Great location, great staff. Cute property right on the river and close to town. Elk right outside of our room!
