Hotel Room is very clean , Staffs are warm and friendly. Buffet Breakfast is the best part, lot of variety and excellent quality. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

Amazing property and the staff were very friendly. Great location within the nusa dua itbc complex. The pools were a hit with the kids. The shuttle bus to the beach club is very good too. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was excellent and we would definitely return. From very attentive staff in all areas of the hotel - from reception, daily room service, breakfast attendants, pool helpers and security. Everyone working at the hotel aim to please!
The room was spacious and very well appointed. The pool area is wonderful and there were always lounges available.
A special thanks to Santi at breakfast time and Okta for looking after our room.
