Nice room hated the wet room concept for the toilet and shower, room was small

The hotel is great. I stayed there in 2018 when it was the Bloc Hotel. It's simple, well designed and the standard rooms are... standard (everything you need), while the studios are a little more luxurious.
The staff (both my visit in 2018 and 2026) are amazing. Most recently, Tom was awesome. Customer service done right. It's not hard, but hard to find these days.
